Years ago, Earl Robbins had an idea. It was simple, elegant, and largely frowned upon as being naive and completely impossible in the professional world. The idea was this: What if people trusted one another to help make their dreams come true and their hard work paid off?

Shocking, but Earl took up the banner of this idea and held it high during his professional career. He turning it into an entire management strategy known as the Mellow Submarine. He carried this dream into his retirement, creating a family business dubbed Theironics LLC, which in turn became the parent corporation for a series of divisions that literally encapsulate Earl's pitifully naive, absolutely beautiful idea.

Those who have joined Earl, have been struck by his openness and generosity, and also by his idea. Slowly at first, with much muttering and stalling, they came with their fragile dreams, expecting to hear "no" for the umpteenth time. Instead Earl said, what some had never in their lives heard in regards to their ideas and ambitions, "yes!" Since then, many have flocked to the Theironics flag as an emblem of positivity and trust in an increasingly cynical and skeptical world.
